How long will it be before I hear from you?
We will send you an email acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your order. The draft copy of your CV should be ready within 3 working days.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be released to anyone. This information is used solely for producing your CV.
What is the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format?
The Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) lets you view and print documents, without needing the original application and fonts used to create them. PDF files retain all the graphics, formatting and fonts of the original document. All you require to view and print a PDF file is the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe. Windows and Macintosh versions of the software are available.
Is it essential that I download the Adobe Acrobat Reader?
No, definitely not. We can send you a printed version of our CV questionnaire by First Class post.
